Well-calculated holiday fun for the whole family

Depending on the season (summer or winter and high or low season) and the size of the selected apartment (42m2, 55 m2 or 75 - 80 m2), you will find plenty of space for individual, family-friendly cosiness in our Haus Central in Serfaus for the top price.

Our prices are quoted per day and apartment exclusive the cost of the final cleaning per apartment and tourist tax. Please, note that the costs for the ski pass are not included in the information for the winter season!

• Children from zero to five years stay at our place for free; from six years we charge 35 euros per person and day (excluding tourist tax).
• Of course you are welcome with your pets at the Hause Central in Serfaus, please bring a basket or blankets with you! We love dogs - but of course not on chairs, sofas, tables or not all in bed. We charge €15 for a pet per day.
• Free parking, one parking place per apartment - also garage parking is available on request.
• If you need cots and high chairs, please let us know at the time of reservation.
• Our rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the arrival day and are reserved until 6.00 pm for you. In case of a later arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone in advance.
• Please pay no later than the day before your departure any open remaining amount in cash or by debit card (please note your card limits!). Attention: We don’t accept credit cards! Check-out on the departure day is until 10 o'clock.
